NVQ are work based qualification requiring mixture of classroom learning and practical experience. It is a work related, competence based qualification or a Supervisory Management programme. Basically it is an On the Job Training. The training is provided inside a package which includes a part tine job as well which enables you work for maximum hour and earn the maximum.
Any Nurse (GNM/BSc. Nursing) with or without work experience can apply for NVQ Level 4 programme. The course duration is 1-11/2 years. It is a Health and Social Care Management programme meant for nurse, physiotherapists, MSWs and Lab technicians.
